Project Plus pursues multiple objectives across various fields, all designed to elevate the lives of twice- and thrice-exceptional individuals.
The Community
Our foundational goal is to build a global community—both online and through physical hubs worldwide—providing a sanctuary for those who feel isolated and marginalized by modern society. These spaces will primarily serve as listening and discussion centers, where every 2E and 3E individual can share their lived experiences and, ideally, connect with like-minded peers to communicate freely, without the need to mask.
Research
The second objective is to gather qualitative and quantitative data on the experiences of 2E, and especially 3E, individuals. The aim is to empower others to seek official diagnoses and to produce meaningful insights that streamline the diagnostic process itself. We will begin with surveys to map the common challenges and traits among those already diagnosed, followed by in-depth interviews to capture specific individual experiences. Beyond its value as social research, this effort is fundamentally designed to help others feel understood and less alone.
Academic Pathways
As a long-term vision, Project Plus aims to establish specialized academic institutions for adults. Traditional university models frequently fail 2E and 3E individuals by ignoring their specific neurodivergent needs. For some, a standard curriculum is painfully slow or monotonous; for others, even sitting in an uncomfortable chair can be sensory torture. Current universities also suffer from systemic rigidity and a severe lack of alternative intellectual stimulation. Gifted individuals, particularly those with ADHD, often pivot rapidly between diverse interests, making a rigid academic track feel deeply uninspiring. Furthermore, standard exams typically prioritize rote memorization and formal structures over deep conceptual analysis—a flawed methodology that is both limiting and highly frustrating for those with a practical, hands-on mindset. If your hyper-focus allows you to master a skill in a single year, the institution must let you advance to the next subject without the dead weight of neurotypical bureaucracy."
Projects
For a 2E or 3E individual, creativity is not a pastime—it is a neurological necessity. Traditional educational paths suffocate this drive by forcing students into passive roles. Therefore, the ultimate goal of Project Plus is to seamlessly integrate real-world project creation and startup incubation directly into the academic framework. The focus is not merely on launching market-ready companies, but on providing a protected arena where lateral thinking can thrive, instantly transforming theoretical learning into tangible creation.
